I do not work on any Apple or Macintosh products - no exceptions. Apple makes its products almost impossible to fix without access to special tools and proprietary parts. Also, the price of repairing an Apple device is often within pennies of buying a new one.
I will only take initial requests by you completing this form, and if a call is necessary, they will be between 1:00 pm and 4:30 pm Monday - Fri, excluding holidays.
Please, do not knock on my door unannounced or call after hours. You should email me before coming by. I check my email regularly most days.
Naturally, because this is a free service, I will make no guarantees of any kind.
Similar to what any PC repair shop would do, I will ask anyone accepting my free service to sign this PC waiver releasing me of any and all liability.
Finally, I will have complete discretion over what projects I will accept and can decline any repair or service for an reason.
